Another Video Worth Sharing: The ALLDOCUBE X1, 8.4 inch Tablet!

By Tim

This one appears for now at least to be a very decent  8.4 inch tablet, at a reasonable price and with some good specs! This initial unboxing and review comes to us from Andrew over at AMDTech and covers the basics.

The basic specs are listed below:

  • Android 7.1 OS
  • 8.4 inch IPS 2560 x 1600 display
  • Helio X20 deca Core processor
  • Mali – T880 700MHz GPU
  • 64 GB ROM
  • Dual Sim or Sim and microSD card
  • WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac wireless internet
  • 13 mp rear and 8 mp front cameras
  • Battery: 4500mAh,

So the specs are pretty decent, although we should wait on the full review to see how it does on battery life.

All the above being said, make sure to visit Andrew’s YouTube channel and  subscribe to it! Now let us get right to that video!

This device is currently available for around $259 at this site.

That is all for now,

Tim

The Second Video Worth Sharing Today: The Full Review on the HP Envy X2 Win 10 on ARM 2 in 1 PC

By Tim

This one comes to us from Andrew over at AMDTech and covers the details on the HP Envy X2 using Win10 on ARM.

The battery life is amazing but the new tech here suffers from, well, being bleeding edge, but not yet refined. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 works okay, but doesn’t handle 64 software at all.

As usual this is another well made, brutally honest review, which is why you should be subscribed to Andrew’s channel! We did post the initial impressions review a few weeks back and you can find that one right here.

So let us get right to that video and see what Andrew has to say!

That will about cover it for the moment,

Tim

Today’s First Video Worth Sharing: I Need This Phone! NUU G3 5.7 Inch Review!

By Tim

All too often we are captivated by the looks and pricing of so called “flagship” phones and we fail to realize there are a lot of less expensive, high quality, phones out there on the market!

The NUU G3 is one of those phones and the video below comes to us from Andrew over at AMDTech. This is a top notch performer and the price comes in at under $200! No, it is not a replacement for the techno-idiots who must have “more horsepower”, but it will get the job done and at the price you simply can’t beat the specs!

Perhaps I will one day get one of these, so I can do a giveaway on my BLU Studio Energy 2  phone, which is smaller, has an AMOLED display and a HUGE 5000 mAh battery, but it does need updating.

So let us move on to the video from Andrew and make sure to check out his channel which is ro say the least fantastic!

That is all I have at this moment, except to remind folks about the new YouTube channel we have and to ask folks to donate or send products to test!

Tonight’s First Video Worth Sharing: AllDoCube Knote 8 Review, A Serious Don’t Buy!

By Tim

This evening we have a full review of the AllDoCube Knote 8 which is a 13.3 inch 2 in one tablet. This product sports some great specs, but, it has some serious issues that make it rather iffy, at best,  to consider purchasing.

This one comes to us from Chris, over at TechTablets and is the usual, excellent nit-picky type review that we all need to really make a decision.

Yes, it has 8 GB RAM and a Core m3-7Y30 processor, but the cons definitely outweigh the pros, considering the $549 price tag and that is without the keyboard/cover!

So let us get right to that video now and remember to check out the TechTablets channel for all sorts of great honest reviews!

That is all I have at this moment,

Tim

Today’s First Video Worth Sharing: The Huawei P20 Smartphone

By Tim

Hi folks! I know over the last week if you are a tech enthusiast you have been inundated with the hype on this phone. That’s okay, I am also sick of it, but, today we have a great honest review from Linus over at TechLineHD and it is less about the hype and more about the usefulness of this device!

It isn’t perfect by any means, but isn’t that why we watch reviews? Yeah, so moving on, the cameras are great, the build is great and it looks good. Now as you may know, I don’t give a damn about how a device looks or feels in my hand as long as it works!

There may be some issues finding one of these in the USA since Huawei has lost virtually every carrier and even Best Buy in the last few months due to the spying scandal from last year. So you might be stuck paying full price or perhaps going through a Canadian vendor.

Of course they are welcome to send me one, so I can test it also…yeah, not going to happen.

So before we get to the video, just a shout out to Linus at TechlineHD for having the balls to put an enormously expensive phone into water! Wow!

Okay, here is the video, please check out the TechLineHD channel and subscribe if you like this type of content. Of course I will also add, check out my crappy YouTube channel also!

That is all for the moment,

Tim
