Tonight’s Video Worth Sharing: The Dell XPS 13 (2018) Notebook Full Review

By Tim

Tonight’s video comes to us from Andrew over at AMDTech and covers, in detail, the new Dell XPS 13 that was just released.

The new model is thinner and lighter than last year’s version and in the case of this review comes with a 4K display.

Of course that thinner, lighter stuff means less  space to cram stuff under the hood. So the battery is a bit smaller and gone is a full size SD card slot and also gone are the full size USB ports.

On the other hand we get 3 USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ports and we at least get a USB-C to full size USB adapter dongle in the box.

We have an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and 8 GB of RAM along with a relatively quick 256 GB SSD.

So all the above being said, check out the video, subscribe to Andrew’s channel if you like this tech stuff and want honest reviews.

That is all for now,

Tim

More Videos Worth Sharing From CES 2018: Dell XPS 13 (2018) and Razer Project Linda

By Tim

Tonight we have a couple more short videos from Andrew over at AMDTech. These will be covering the new Dell XPS 13 and the somewhat interesting Razer Project Linda.

The Dell  XPS 13 of course has received a refresh and comes in a new color and with some changes to processors and also to the battery.

Razer’s Project Linda is basically a notebook that allows you to insert your Razer phone in where you would normally find the track pad. Drop the phone in place and you now have a 13 inch Android notebook.

I am not sure why you would want to do this, since you could just get a Chromebook and still be able to run Android apps. However this is still a very slick looking machine.

So now let us get to those videos, both short, but very informative.

That is all for now,

Tim
